Jeremiah 9:23 – What should be your goal at the end of this IT. Should not just be knowledge, financial strength but it should be that you gain spiritual strength. You need a strong body, a sound mind and strong spiritual life to stand in faith.
Secrets to possessing or preserving inner strength
None of the physical strength can last long.
Values of Inner Strength
- For Victory in Battle; Ephesians 6:12
A man that is not strong cannot wrestle; and you only wrestle in the spiritual and you can only grow spiritual strength by prayer and meditation on the word of God; 2Samuel 22:40.
- To survive adverse time; 2 Timothy 3:1
Challenging situations can be regarded as adverse time and they are to come your way so as to grow and the only way to survive these times is through the spiritual strength we have gathered over time. Philippians 4:12-13, Proverbs 30:30.
- For Possession
You need inner strength to claim your possession. There are spiritual possessions/gifts that are made available for every man but for a man to claim it he needs to be spiritually strong in the place of prayer and the study of the Word. Matthew 11:12, Joshua 14:10
To renew your strength you have to able to wait upon the Lord. Deuteronomy 31:6

- Knowledge of God
The greater your knowledge about God the more your inner strength. You can only gain knowledge of God through the studying and mediation of His Word which carry light and power to equip us.
- Presence of God
The presence of God is real and tangible and can only be shown, expressed by our light. Let your life be a living sanctuary that can carry God’s holy presence. Create an atmosphere of God’s presence in your daily life. Psalm 96:6.

The Word of God gives ultimate and everlasting strength.
- Waiting on God; Isaiah 40:31
- The praise or Joy of the Lord; The joy of the Lord is our strength.
When you are not having Joy its deprives you of the inner strength Nehemiah 8:122, Haba.3:17
